1. What this service is

  1. PicRework is an image-processing tool: it converts an image you provide into a halftone style and exports the result. The conversion runs entirely in your browser — we do not upload or store the images you process.
  2. The service is offered as free-to-use with paid enhancements. The free tier can complete the full workflow and export; paid tiers add higher export scales, vector formats and a commercial licence.
  3. We may change features and prices, but entitlements you have already purchased are unaffected.

2. Your account

  1. An account syncs presets, records orders and delivers entitlements. The core features work without registering.
  2. Keep your password and any verification codes safe. Any sign-in completed with your credentials is treated as yours.
  3. You can change your sign-in methods in the account centre at any time. Keep at least one working method linked, or the account cannot be recovered.

3. Payment and refunds

  1. Tiers, durations and prices are those shown on the purchase page. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider — outside mainland China, by a Merchant of Record. We neither receive nor store your full payment credentials.
  2. Digital content is non-revocable once delivered. If you are charged twice, or cannot use what you bought, contact us and we will put it right.

4. Closing your account

  1. You may ask us to close your account. We will unlink every sign-in method and close it.
  2. Order records are kept — they are financial records required by law — but are dissociated from your identity.
  3. Closing is irreversible: registering again with the same email creates a brand-new account with no inherited entitlements.
  4. Closure is currently handled by email; write to the contact address below.

5. Acceptable use

  1. Do not process images you have no right to use. You are responsible for the rights to what you provide; we do not review it and claim no rights over it.
  2. Do not use the service to create unlawful content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
